Buck

Meet Buck, our one year old Greyhound cross.

Buck was transferred to us from another shelter. Buck has spent the first year of this life living in a car with his nine year old brother and a homeless gentleman.

Buck is very well mannered. He's house trained and doesn't seem to chew. He knows his basic obedience such as sit, down and stay. He's a smart boy who learns new things quickly.

Because of his past life, everything is still new and kind of scary to Buck. He's taking everything in stride. He gets along well with other dogs. He was put in a over-night doggie-daycare and was in a group of 20 dogs and played very well. Buck also had a brief visit with cats and simply ignored them.

Buck would benefit greatly from dog socialization and obedience classes to help him bond with you and learn more about this big, scary world. Buck is an extremely affectionate dog who will make a wonderful addition to the right person's home.
